With a passion for continuous growth, Randy has earned numerous professional designations throughout his successful career, culminating in his recent completion of an MBA.
As a proud third-generation Canadian hailing from a prosperous entrepreneurial lineage, Randy firmly believes in the pivotal role of small businesses in fueling Canada’s economy. His extensive experience encompasses the essential aspects of entrepreneurship and small business, encompassing finance, marketing, operations management, human resources, and leadership.

With a focus on achieving business goals, his vast experience includes developing SR&ED tax credits, implementing system products, and increasing productivity through governance best practices.
Previously, Alexandre worked in IT and accounting at one of the world’s largest publicly traded oil and gas companies (Exxon Mobil). He has also spent time as both a CEO and CFO for numerous educational institutions and retail groups. This varied experience has allowed Alexandre to immerse himself in different roles while being exposed to different perspectives, contributing to his overall understanding of businesses small and large.
